Born in Los Angeles in 2025, The Pistachery began with a craving. Our founders searched high and low for the rich, layered magic of custom Dubai chocolate—but nothing came close. So, they decided to create their own. Inspired by the elegance of Middle Eastern desserts, we handcraft indulgent chocolate bowls layered with pistachio butter, golden kataifi, and fresh fruit. Every bowl is a celebration—of culture, creativity, and the sweet joy of sharing something unforgettable.
